This Information Notice has been prepared by Alesta Yachting Turizm San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Alesta Yachting” or the “Company”) in order to inform customers, visitors, prospective customers and other natural persons whose personal data are processed within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law” or “KVKK”).

  • Banks, insurance companies, independent audit firms and law offices

Where personal data are transferred abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with KVKK and applicable legislation governing international data transfers.

8. Application Procedure

You may use the KVKK Application Form available on alestagroup.com to submit requests regarding your rights under KVKK.

Applications may be submitted by:

  • Delivering a completed and signed form in person
  • Sending the form through a notary public
  • Sending the form by registered mail with return receipt
  • Sending the application from an email address previously registered in the Company’s systems
  • Sending the application through the Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) system

Applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

Applications are generally processed free of charge. However, where an additional cost arises, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

9. Updates

This Information Notice may be updated in accordance with changes in legislation, the Company’s personal data processing activities or the website.
